Complete Interior Design Service
This is our first meeting where we review your project – your wishes, needs, budget and space. It’s your chance to tell me everything you have in mind, as well as have any questions answered about the process of creating your dream environment!
2. PROJECT LAUNCH
Several collaborative meetings will get in to more specific details. A letter of agreement is signed with a deposit, and initial measurements and photographs are taken. Your plan begins to take shape…
3. DESIGN CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
This is the main element of the overall project – complete design plans are developed for the interior, with drawings, samples, and all required materials to illustrate the overall plans. This is “the meat on the bones” portion and we take the time needed to prepare the complete design proposal and plan for you with an initial meeting, and a follow-up meeting that incorporates any revisions that were made to the initial design concept.
4. FINAL PRESENTATION AND APPROVAL
A final presentation of the completed design concept is presented, with all details included, pricing, and an estimated timing overview. Once the design has been approved and all elements are finalized, we can begin the execution and ordering phase of the project.
5. PROCUREMENT AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT
This is when we put in to action all of the above. Trades are scheduled to visit the site to measure, estimate and review the scope of their work. Selections requiring ordering, custom manufacture, or purchasing are presented to you in the form of proposals via our on-line project management software
6. ORDER IMPLEMENTATION, OVERSIGHT, AND RECEIPT
Here is when we begin to order, track and coordinate purchasing of all specified and approved items for the interiors. These items are shipped to our receiver’s warehouse, inspected, and held for the installation day. Trades work is reviewed and completed.
7. INSTALLATION, STYLING AND FINAL REVEAL.
This is the big step when items are installed and styled for a beautiful and inspiring finish! The furniture is delivered, rugs laid, accessories placed, and art hung.
8. PHOTOGRAPHY, PUNCH LIST AND EXTRAS
We schedule a professional photo shoot as soon after the installation as possible. We’ll also review with you any things that may be left outstanding or unfinished, and attend to any small loose ends.
